My daughter was home from college and took her car here to get 2 new tires. Staff seemed friendly enough. Told her she need the ball joints replace and it would be an additional $480. Told them she would be back in a few weeks and would have it done at that time when she would be getting 2 more tires. She called them on her way home to find out if they could do this service on a Saturday. They said they would check to see when they could get the parts and would call back. They called back a few minutes later to say that they dont have the parts but could order them and that the cost would be $1400 (that did not include the tires!). Took the car to Meinike in Salisbury to have it looked at. The mechanic took her into the shop and showed her that there was nothing wrong with the ball joints, the car really only needed tires and a front end alignment. Thank you Meinike for your honesty and shame on you Mr. Tire for trying to cheat someone out of a lot of money for unnecessary repairs. NEVER GOING BACK TO MR TIRE

A level of professionalism that is rare in the auto mech. industry nowadays! Prompt, friendly, and to the point! Went in there for a oil change and dino. on a problem I was having that I thought was a trans problem, which couldve been costly. The techs at Cambridge Mr. Tire quickly realized it was just the tie rod end and allowed me to buy my own parts and come back for the service. Service day was shorter than the original 2 hour estimate they gave. With the new part and great labor, my car is running like NEW! (91 camry) Their recomedations of 5w 30 oil is also a contributing factor in the new level of smoothness I have and Im saving A TON of gas! Great job guys, I will be back!!

Given a quote over the phone. They called me back 20 minutes later and informed me that the previous quote was no good and increased the price. They made an appointment to have tires changed on both of our vehicles, and we showed up on time. Found out they never talked to the warehouse and only received one set. They wont send an employee 20 minutes down the road to grab another set even though theyre still open another 7 hours. Weve been here nearly 2 hours waiting for one set of tires to be changed, and Ill need to come back again tomorrow to do it again. Avoid this place like the plague!

Added $450 on to a $150 part then tacked on $65 in misc.shop feess no response from emails to corporate only a call from the manager,I do not wish to deal with the manager ever again,please go on line and read how Mr. Tire rips folks off with 0 response from corporate.NEVER AGAIN, FYI I was charged $ 902.00 to replace a rear wheel bearing and spindle on a 2003 ford explorer researched parts my price $160 at local parts store they charged me $580.00 for same parts,wow,stay away folks

They saved my Ass! Was stuck in Cambridge on a Sunday afternoon. My brake lines blew out. They were more than helpful! They stayed late to get the job done. Drove it all the way back home that same day with no more issues. Thanks to Peter and Chris for helping me out of the situation I was in. They got me home when I thought I was gonna be stuck down there and miss work.

I went there Saturday for an oil change and was told that they couldnt do it until tomorrow. I go the next day at opening and told they might be able to do it at 2 or 3. Really I looked online and all the appointments were available. Stay away, I should of known from the first time I went there and they tried to sell me a brake job when my pads were still good.

The service adviser I had, Jimmy, was very professional and polite. He handled all my questions and concerns. The prices were just a little higher than I found at online tire companies, but Mr Tire prices included the mounting and balancing. This was the second set of tires I bought from this store. Good prices, good service and convenient !

I dropped my car off w/o appt. to get a alignment done. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast. They fitted me in with no problem & found all my problems fast and they were right. After fixing everything their alignment had me riding smooth. They have 100% of my trust. oh, and the prices were very reasonable!

My husband just called to get his usual appointment time at 5:45pm one day soon. (He works until 5:30pm) and was told they no longer schedule appointments after 5 ..... yet they are still open until 7. You just lost another customer

Wow!! We had a flat tired on the way home from Ocean City. Pulled in and they put a new low profile tire on for $107.00 total in less than 20 minutes with no appointment. Amazing service.
