If I could give no stars, I would. I just left here about 15 minutes ago, and I wont be going back. I went in to buy an extra pack of hair, some leave in conditioner, and some hair accessories. Next thing I know I am being hounded by security(who should have been watching the door), and this guy tries to make suggestions on which I should buy. First off, I read the ingredients before putting anything in my hair. Second, if I wanted advice, I would have asked the ladies behind the counter, not some overzealous security guard. Needless to say, for my first time coming here, I felt very unwelcome. I wasnt the only customer in the store, but he followed me through the hair care aisle, to the register, and to the door as I was leaving. I didnt even get to the hair accessories section, so I left with only the hair I needed. Ive been shopping at BSS for a while, so I know why security is there, but that was ridiculous. How are you supposed to watch the door for thieves, and then single out one out of three people in the store? It is a real shame, because this is a large store and probably had everything I needed. But I will never know due to such a bad experience.

The Products = HORRIBLE (I paid $450 thinking I was getting what was what was being advertised; a human hair Malaysian lace front wig. I instead got hair that shed, and matted up after the 1st wash, and resisted silk press - the hair never straightened). When I took my receipt and hair back to the store, a manager told me that she could not exchange NOR return the product #infuriating The young ladies that initially helped me were pleasant at the time.

Diamond in the rough. Awesome customer service. Welcoming personalities, great prices and wide variety of products. Dont let the area turn you away from this great place. You will find what you need here and more. Trust me. Omg and the wigs are so beautiful. No one following you around the store or anything. This is my hairstore now and forever.

I have been here a few times and I can definetly say that the customer service is outstanding! Whenever I need help finding something, theyre always ready to help. Very professional, the store is always clean when I go there so thats great! I recommend others to go there too.

Great customer service, the woman who does eyebrows is a BEAST when it comes to shaping, but my experience with them was excellent very friend very CLEAN and well stocked. I will definitely come back to Baltimore and shop there again

Customer service was top notch. Everybody in the whole entire store was super nice. The store is neatly set up with lot and lots of options to choose from ranging from wigs to hair pins. Ive found the best hair place in town.
