when it comes to hardware store, home depot just pops in your mind. i happen to get almost everything from this store for my home, but now i realized that lowes could be better choice. i recently placed order online and picked up from store. i asked them to honor military discount, they came up with excuse that online orders are not eligible for discount. no problem. answer accepted, go to different location and they accepted military discount on online order... i was shocked to find out the store to store.. they have different policies. I personally think they should have a book of rules to tell them what to tell customers. I didnt like the service. they basically dont care about business or customers. they think people will comes to them anyway. i would rather use lowes or any other hardware store than go to home depot have raise my blood pressure.

The staff at the pro-desk at Home Depot in Aberdeen is absolutely the BEST! Knowledgeable, professional and kind are the best three words I can think of to describe Angie, Tom and the rest of the crew. Ive always loved Home Depot but very frustrated that I wasnt able to use Samsung Pay to pay for my purchase using my phone since Ive done this at hundreds of retail locations. Very modern CC terminals but kept rejecting the transaction. I would think that one of the nations largest retailers would be up to speed on a now very common method of payment.

I got wire for hooking up 220 at one store and was told by the guy that helped us that I could return it if it was not what I needed got home and it wasnt what my brother in law said I needed went to return it to get what I needed and was told anything that has been cut off like wire cant be returned so bottom line I didnt like being lied to

As my local store they have a great variety of household needs and I love the lawn and garden section. Staff is always friendly and Knowledgeable about the products in their section, and if they are not the dont hesitate to ask someone who does know. The store is clean and well kept. Always a good shopping trip.

Easy to get in and out quickly with the self checkout lanes. Store is clean and aisles are not cluttered with misplaced items. Workers are not always easy to find.
