Love the way clothing is arranged by colors, housewares are well displayed, books are very organized, seasonal items are well displayed in front of the store and everyone is so nice and helpfull! Prices are very reasonable, most of the clothing and other items I bought were new to almost new, and that means great quality. Since I "liked" them on facebook I have gotten many alerts about "just in" items. Ofcourse it is so nice, while shopping, to contribute to a local cause: the Christian Outreach Center. I can recommend shopping @ this store for unique finds ( I love their new section of Vintage items).

I will not be shopping at this organization any longer. I used to enjoy shopping there but I recently went by there to drop off some donations and their employees in the back were rude and told me they were not taking donation after 4:00. However, their website says until 5:00. I think they didnt want to bother with it or take the time. I even told them that their website indicated 5:00pm and they just ignored me and walked away. they dont want to be bothered, well I just simply wont return and support a different organization.

i love this place! im always greeted at the door and the girl at the front liz is the sweetest. i feel like im being greeted by friends when i go there. she is always goin the extra mile to help someone. i go all the time just to see what amazing new things theyll have that i want to snatch up at a great price. i got a pair on designer slacks thet retailed as 280 dollars, for 20 bucks at purple cow! love love love this place!! sorry yall had such bad experiences there but that was along time ago and maybe you should see it now.

I recently moved back to California and one of the things I miss most is..."PURPLE COW", my mother and I would wake up early on Saturdays and shop for hours. The woman are very generous and willing to help! Oh, and did I mention the prices were excellent, never once were items over priced! THANX PURPLE COW for so many great memories :) P.s I love these pants! MS.LIZ MILPITAS, CA.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I went to Purple Cow to donate some childrens clothes- many of them new, with tags. Instead I had a similar experience trying to donate some clothes as many of the other reviewers. Horrible service. I will not return to Purple Cow ever. I instead will stick to goodwill and other consignment stores.

I will never waste another penny in that store. Their exchange policy (or lack there of) sucks. I had a friend pick up me a pair of jeans. They were the size that Ive worn nearly 20 years. It appears the size had been mismarked from the factory. SORRY NO EXCHANGES. I will not return to the PURPLE COW ever again.

The purple cow is walking distance from my new apartment at Ivy park. I was there on Saturday with Jen my friend. She bought me a cheap chair for my apartment. They have a huge selection of clothes that are cheap.
