I walked in to the store on Hurstbourne and couldnt believe how rude they were after they put me on a ridiculous wait time! I left and came here. Wes and Alan, the two gentlemen in the store, helped me with my iPhone issue. There was zero wait time. I was very pleased with my experience.

Just wanted to say that this was the best Verizon experience Ive had yet. Having been to the other Verizon store up the road, it was so nice to walk into this store and not have to take a number and wait. Service was awesome, too. Very laid back store with first rate customer service.

I second the first reviewer. The staff is rude and not at all knowledgeable. I dread going in there every time I have to go. I used to go to a location in Lexington and had the opposite experience. I guess the ones here are just poorly run.

It was fast service. In the past going to other stores I would dread going in due to the fact it would take up so much time and is was not the case for Wireless Zone. Wes was helpful and a very knowledgeable.

Great experience!! It is a convenient location. Customer service was excellent- my husband and I both got phones, accessories and set the phones up all under an hour! Overall good prices and great staff!!
