do they teach their service desk people to lie to customers? I tried to return two ladies Kentucky Jerseys. when I pulled the items out of the bag I saw I had the wrong receipt, no biggie I figured Id get a gift card at least. well this little girl was quick offer up 3 reasons why she couldnt return it. 1 no receipt, 2 she was over her limit and couldnt put $32 dollars the price of both items on a card. 3 she said without a receipt she cant tell if they even sold it. then she scanned one of the items and said nope we dont carry this. so maybe in a curious person that I am I took the shirts back to the car and went back in and look at the Jerseys that they carry and low and behold there are both jerseys on the rack. so when shes scanned that short she basically flat out lied to my face.
