I called this pharmacy for the help of a pharmacist in the hopes of having a prescription called in there that I could afford. She chose not to use the resources I know she has at her fingertips to help me and instead referred me to my doctor for a matter that should certainly be her job (affordable and fewer side effects). Pharmacists like this woman make me hope the industry is automated soon. Does she not realize that helping me with her knowledge is the only reason the profession still exists? Horrible customer service, likely overworked and understaffed, definitely not underpaid!!! I will not be using this Kroger anytime soon.

I have come to realize that people leaving bad comments, clearly do not understand what is involved in filling a prescription and that they are not the only customer! Pharmacies like these fill precipitations in the 100s. One at a time with many security percussions in mind. Be a little more patient and understanding! Probably understaffed as well which is clearly not the pharmaciests fault. People are so spoiled nowadays! I like this pharmacy!

Have been waiting for 15 minutes at drive thru....have pushed the button multiple times and no one has even been kind enough to acknowledge me. I can see people inside that have been waiting just as long and have not been acknowledge either....terrible!! Should have went to the one by towne mall...always speedy and prompt there!

The drive thru at this location is the slowest one Ive ever been to. Short staffed? I waited in line for 30 min! (was stuck in between cars or I would have left) Then get up to the window and nobody came for another 5!

Understaffed, very slow. Never had to wait for a prescription as long as Ive had to at this place. Ill never be calling in a prescription here again. Dont go to this one.
