All I can say is, this is a dealership with the absolute BEST customer service, when it comes to sales! We ordered a Mustang at Hunt Ford back in 2010, and Amanda was a fantastic salesperson. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay, no futzing and fooling around. Now in April of 2016, it was time for my new truck. I went to 6 dealers total to find a truck on the lot with no luck at all. Again, Amanda being awesome, she was the ONLY person to offer ordering me the truck I wanted. We picked it up yesterday. Again, no muss no fuss. As we were writing up the paperwork, I asked if they had any deals on Escapes as my wife was ready to get rid of the Mustang. Again, Amanda along with Travis, Bruce and a few other folks whose names I cant remember, put my wife into a brand new Escape! We were treated so well in all of our dealings with Hunt, that we will not even consider another dealer for any of our future Ford purchases!! J Hanley

We recently leased a RAM Laramie from Hunt Ford Chrysler for our company and the experience was simply outstanding. We are busy trying to run a business and dont have time to play the games often associated with the auto-sales/leasing process. Well... they dont play games at Hunt! Hunt is the kind of dealership that ALL dealerships should aspire to be like. Chris Dennison in Sales made the entire process effortless and we never doubted for a minute that Chris primary goal was serving us. The customer-service mindset that exists in Sales doesnt stop there either - the Service department is first rate (thank you Kenny) and we gladly drive the 90 minutes to Hunt for service on our vehicles. Good job guys and our compliments to the Hunt Ford owners/management on creating such a fantastic atmosphere that encourages your employees to be so dedicated to your customers. Youll see us again for our next Laramie!

My truck buying experience at Hunt Ford Chrysler was a great. I initially reviewed the automobiles and prices on the website and subsequently contacted Amanda. As I had a vehicle to trade, I was able to discuss the possibility of trading my vehicle in and was also able to speak with the Used Car Sales Manager (Bruce) and started the process of agreeing on a fair trade value for both vehicles. Concurrently, I checked other dealers and could not match the deal at Hunt Ford within two thousand dollars. I also purchased a used jeep for my son and was equally impressed. I am grateful to Amanda and Bruce and will definitely buy my next vehicle from them. I have also been very pleased with the services department. I damaged one of my tires hitting a curb and they were prompt and professional in helping me resolve the problem.

Purchased a new 2017 F150 XLT 4X4 from Hunt Ford. Best experience purchasing a new vehicle I have had in many over the last 20 years! No joke! Jesse Baker worked with me and literally spent hours searching for the F150 equipped as I wanted. Always open and right there with numbers showing how the differences were achieved considering my trade-in. Many dealers will do this, but not all. Jesse was always courteous, respectful, and easy to work with. After-sale support is right on, and as I expected. When the new Ford Rangers are on the dealer lots, I will go see Jesse. Oh, dont forget Hunt Ford has a new location near I-65 and KY-100. It is an impressive facility. While there, take a look at the Big Ass fans in the service bay! Ill be there for their official Grand Opening!

Made the mistake of buying a new Pickup in my hometown. After the sale, the sales promises of service & guarantee disappeared. (Resulting in unnecessary loss of time & $s.) A friend recommended that I drive a few miles to HUNT Ford-Chrysler in Franklin, KY. I got respectful attention to service needs, so when it was time, I traded for my next RAM 1500 LIMITED, @ HUNT AUTO. Bruce Quick helped me get a fair trade. I get the RAM MANUALs Scheduled SERVICE, & requested attention, by "Factory Trained" mechanics, at reasonable prices. I drive about 1,000 mi / wk, so dependability, maintenance costs, & time are a monthly issue. HUNT Auto service managers are experienced, know vehicles, & what theyre doing, so I enjoy knowing where I can buy & service my ride.

Ill just add to the existing positive comments about dealing with my sales rep Austin Sterchi and say buying from Hunt Auto was a great experience. Its really what people hope for when buying, but rarely encounter at other car dealers. No high pressure sales pitches, no hovering during test drives, no gotcha fees included at the last minute. Just straight forward friendly service with very good prices. My only regret is that I didnt start buying vehicles from them years ago. They tell me their new location off I-65 (Exit 6) will be open the middle of 2017 and I expect even more people from Bowing Green will make the short 15-20 minute trip to Franklin to buy their next vehicle. Its well worth the trip!

We had searched in Evansville IN where we live and just wasnt satisfied with anywhere we looked. We searched on the internet and found Hunt Ford and a Ford Edge exactly like we were looking for. We contacted Amanda and she got right back with us. We went down the next day to look at it. Everyone was great!!!!!!!!!! We went back on Thursday and picked it up. They had all the paper work ready and it all went really quick. Everyone was great about explaining everything to us on the paper work. Amanda had the Edge set up ready to go and set up our phone and showed us how to operate everything. Thanks!!!! It was well worth the 2 hour drive!!!!! Will do business with them again. Sending a neighbor down there.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from Hunt Ford on 1/2/17. It was the most pleasant experience Ive ever had purchasing a new vehicle. My salesman, Tom Clark, was there for me and didnt make me feel like a stepping stone for a commission. My experience with finance, specifically Travis Gravis, was just as pleasant. They are truly there to serve the customer. I had been a Toyota customer for 20+ years and visited a dealership in late 2015 where I purchased my last two vehicles and I felt so frustrated by the experience, it has taken me this long to even consider trying to purchase a vehicle again. I would recommend Hunt Ford to anyone. Thank you again Hunt Ford and I am loving my Escape!

Buying a car or truck can be a long unpleasant process, but that was not my experience at Hunt Ford. I dealt with Amanda Thurman the internet and marketing manager and she was kind, courteous, and efficient. She was straight to the price, listed ALL the incentives, gave a quote for my trade that was strong from the get go. No parading around several offices at the dealer or having to meet a dozen people there, we did the whole transaction at 1 desk and finished it in record time (in and out in less than an hour) Cant say enough about how easy and pleasant the whole thing went down compared to my last buying experienced at another dealer which went on for hours.
