Very rude and dirty. Even after the "remodeling." The last time I went, when I needed approval for an item, the self check out attendant was no where to be found. After waiting there for about 5 or 6 minutes I started loading my other items I had already scanned back onto my cart because I was low on time. Then the attendant FINALLY shows up and starts slamming my items back onto the register, yelling at me for taking them off. THESE ARE THE ITEMS THAT I AM PURCHASING. She was very rude. Needless to say, I told her that I was going somewhere else and I will never shop there again.

I love Krogers but this one definitely needs some work. The only reason Im giving 3 stars is because of the restroom. Now I try to hold it until I get home. But, unfortunately I could not. I know public restrooms arent always the best but dear God it stunk so bad, there was urine on 3 of the toilets, & only one had toilet paper. I looked at the last time they had cleaned it & it had been marked off 30mins prior. I find it hard to believe that at 10:00am during the week they had a mad rush to the restrooms. Yes, I did let someone know.

Went in today my cashier name was Jen, she was unpleasant, didnt greet or say thank you. I think that there should be more smiling faces and thank yous at this location. Overall its a decent Kroger to shop very clean. I gave 1 star because the customer service at the register was horrible now that Im familiar with the cashier rudeness I will never go back into her line again. Ive never shopped at a Kroger where they dont say thank you. And yes that means a lot. You should always thank your customer.

I went in early on a Sunday morning. The woman with the black, frizzy hair was agitated that she had to open up a non uscan lane. I asked her if there was a problem and she said they werent ready to open a regular lane. Charles wont say anything to you but your total. This is the closest Kroger to me and I drive out of my way to go to another one.

Compared to other Kroger in the area this one seems to have issues with keeping items stocked, other issues is some beverages ya find that are cold ie sodas, are not offered here or its very limited.

It looks better than it used to and seems better organized, but its still difficult to find a lot things here that other Kroger stores carry. It seems I can never find what Im looking for here.

Found everything I was looking for. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I like shopping at the My Zion store because its smaller then the market stores and I can get in and out quicker.

Big lot and still Horrible parking. Not a great selection of products. I mean its enough to keep you from starving but unless you are pretty basic you will need to shop other places

The liquor store was pretty great while the actual store seemed cluttered and the staff were very Caucasian. It was very weird to shop in store that doesnt employ people of color.

Lacks the amount of variety of the other local Kroger stores due to its smaller size, but faster to get in and out if youre just looking for milk and other baseline items.

Love my Kroger store. Sales are good, employees are great, esp in pharmacy. Bridgette and Rachel are excellent employees that I love to talk to when I go pick up my meds.
