I absolutely love this pharmacy. My child is sick often enough for the pharmacists to recognize us but not quite on first name basis. Anyway my son had yet another ear infection and his doctor had prescribed him a different type of ear drop hoping that would help. When i got to the pharmacy to pick it up, i was informed that they did not have the medicine in stock but the store in dry ridge did so the pharmacist said he was going to go pick it up from down there and then i could come back. Well that week was hectic and a family member had my truck so i couldnt return that day and the pharmacist took it upon himself to bring my sons medicine to our home after his shift! I didnt think there were that nice of people still in the world but he could see my son was hurting and he was kind enough to make sure my boy got his medicine. I love this pharmacy and the great customer service i always recieve when i am in their store. I will never go anywhere else!

Okay so the people who work at total care pharmacy I absolutely love. Amazing people and are very friendly. NOW the owner of the property to which they lease from or owner of the pharmacy NOT at all. (not sure which one exactly they had someone else call on their behalf) We spend tons of money here which helps the pharmacy pay the rent and keep the business going. I know we are just one family to which helps but what is wrong with people now days when you break down and are trying to get your company to approve the tow so you can get it rolling they cant be helpful and understand you are doing what you can to move it along. You dont like it as much as they do the longer your down you are not making any money. Have a heart, Im sure if the the situation was reverses you would want someone to understand your situation as well.

Best Pharmacists ever!!! Especally Scott, because he is the one who usually gets stuck answering all of my questions! All staff on both sides of the store are amazing. I would recommend Total Care in Crittenden to everyone. Not only do they carry medication they also carry a little bit of everything else you may need. I dont know what I would have done without all there help. Thank YouTot@l Care Pharmacy for the many years of service you have given to me!
