My fiancé and I went to this store to add a line for her. After me paying my bill and her adding a line the lady that was helping us out ( heather) had told us that they were doing a special that day where if you pay your bill or Add a line that we would be able to get a tablet for free. We went back in forth with her for 10 min verifying that they would be 100% free of charge and no monthly bill for them. She verified that so we went on to get them. The next bill my fiancé and I got was $517.85. Which was outrageous so we called Verizon wireless and they said that it was that much because we had 4 lines. Well my fiancé and I were the only people that have lines so we were confused until they said that the tablets were lines as well and we are having to pay 19.99$ a mouth for each tablet and a 40$ activation fee for each of them. When we called the store we talked to heather stating that she told us that we would have to pay an activation fee and monthly fee. After going back and forth with her telling her that she had not she finally says that we had signed for it. (The day that we got the tablets and were told to just sign a few electronic tabs that indicate that we are excepting these tablets for free). Luckily we contacted a Verizon wireless employee who took off $80. And made it to where we only have to pay the rest of the bill in $120 increments. Overall we will never get anything from these store again and are reporting this heather.

My grandmother went in to pay her phone bill. They would not tell her how much she owed, so she took a guess and made a payment. She informed me of this when she came to my house so I called the store to ask about the situation myself. The first lady I spoke with was kind and helpful(dont remember her name), but she was unable to fully help me because my grandmother couldnt remember her account password at the time(she had it wrote down). We find her password and call back, a man answers(Chad or Chris or something like that). He does not seem interested in helping me and tells me to check it on the app(I try to explain to him that my grandmother doesnt have a smartphone and he gets irritated and asks for account info in a very rude manner. As I am trying to give him the information, I have to repeat myself several times because he is not paying attention to me, but instead having a bullshit conversation with what sounds like a coworker. After he FINALLY acknowledges that I am still on the phone(he doesnt apologize for just leaving me there talking to myself) He gives me a half-ass answer and hangs up. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated on the phone and will be having my grandmother take her business with Verizon to a different location.

This store always goes above and beyond. Theyre always extremely friendly when I come in. Whether Im paying a bill or upgrading my phone I always feel welcome. Last time I was in to pay my bill, one of the gals in there was able to save me money on my bill each month. I didnt even ask!! Highly recommend!

Beware. This is a third party Verizon store. If you want a real Verizon store I would suggest going to the Florence Mall but if your desperate then head to this one. They will help you and give good service but beware that is a retailer of the actual Verizon store.
