The lady pharmacist is very rude and acted like she was inconvenience cedar because I asked about a side effect of a medication for my daughter. The really young male pharmacist couldnt figure out the dosage based on my daughters weight calculation even though the physician ordered a specific strength of the same medication she had in the past. He had to go back and do more calculations after I had to wait in the drive through another 15 minutes uses making my total wait time in the drive thru 25 minutes. He finally realized the medication was "safe." I will add that they are very unorganized and unfriendly. Just because they are super busy doesnt mean they can treat people rudely. Pharmacists in general are dealing with sick people and should show compassion. The only reason I go n here is when my normal pharmacy is already closed.

This pharmacy is horrible. They lie and tell u the dr hasnt sent the prescriptions over when i knew that they had it because the night before they said it was there but i couldnt pick up until 2 days later so when i went back in 2 days they then tell me they dont have it and that the dr hasnt called it in yet. Lol but 2 days before it was there and i had to wait. Its a problem each and every time we try to use them. Also they gave my sister the wrong mg imitrex and she didnt even notice it. But gets a call from the pharmacist who asks for my sister and proceeds to tell her she was checking on her to mske sure she was ok because she noriced a year earlier they had given her the wrong medicine. ??????? Where is this ok at??? Luckily my sis was ok but damn!!! Needless to say we use kroger now.

Im usually am advocate of Walgreens but I have to say this particular store is very unorganized and struggles with timeliness. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt multiple times. They have errored on the spelling of my last name (its easy and only 4 letters), didnt have the insurance correct, took an entire to fill a routine medication, didnt have a routine medication in stock. The staff has been friendly but unfortunately theyre not very together.

My prescription was on manufacturer back order and they didnt have the courtesy to call and tell me, and I couldnt get a call through to the pharmacy. I gave up after a 15 minute hold. Now my baby has to spend an entire night without her prescription eye medicine. On top of this they take forever. They never get the insurance info right... just totally unprofessional. Ill never be back no matter how convenient the hours.

Man pharmacist just could not get the RX filled for at least an hour even though script called in the night before and came in first thing in AM.. His tech was called away. Did not display caring model now my sick wife of three children must wait more time due to their inability to have another tech available. use Kroger or Walmart pharmacy if in LaGrange

Just really bad at getting prescriptions filled on time. My doctor send a prescription at 10:30am. Came by to pick it up at 5:30pm and said it hasnt been filled. Told us itll be ready in 30 mins. Came back 3hrs later and still not filled. This happens all the time. Im DONE using this pharmacy!!

They take FOREVER in the drive thru forever inside always takes 3 weeks to get medicine in stock or just to fax info. Absolutely ridiculous
