The sales men you deal with do not seem to be as concerned about the customers needs as they are in making a sale. Hidden charges arent discussed until the bill shows up, and when you try to talk to them about it you are likely to hear, "Well you got what you ordered, so there is nothing that can be done about it." Unless you are placing an extremly large order you just dont seem to matter.
