If I could give this place less than one star, I would. Came here to fill a prescription that my doctor just prescribed me today that was at a higher dosage than my previous prescription that Walgreens has on file. I have severe anxiety. Sometimes it can be managed with a smaller dose, and sometimes I have to have higher dosage medications. The pharmacist told me she would not refill the prescription because I had just refilled the lower dosage prescription 2 weeks ago. According to every medical professional I have spoken to, that was unethical behavior. When I run out of the lower dosage medication I become at high risk for hypotension, repeated panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts. This pharmacy practices unethical behavior. They should have their licenses revoked.

The pharmaceutical staff tries their hardest to make every transaction as painless as possible for each customer. Most of the staff there know me by sight and anticipate my requests. A person cant ask for more than that. Unfortunately nowadays the insurance companies are refusing to pay for medications that the doctor ordered for them, then the pharmaceutical staff suffers the back lash from the upset customer. Who doesnt realize that the pharmacy staff cant do anything about the problem.

I never had a problem with any walgreens except this one. They declined my mothers prescription because she had the same medicine different doses. Its none of your business if my mother wants to take twice of one of her doses and one of the other if she doesnt need a higher dose.. Never going to this pharmacy again.. Btw my mother has a very painful ulcer!

One bad apple does not make for a bad tree. I had an issue with a pharmacist and after a call to the head pharmisist all my issues were resolved above and beyond. Thank you. Ryan OConnor

Slowest Pharmacy ever Do not bother going through the drive through , if they even notice you there they have have no concept of who was there 1st . Transferring my prescriptions to CVS
