This place is awful, the dr. is older than dirt and with that is very shaky. I was poked in the eye several times while he was lifting my eye lids, never an apology. i asked him if i could just do it to avoid further problem/irritation, and was told i couldnt since i didnt know what he was looking for. Once done there i figured id try ordering colored contacts. I tried on about 9 pairs before deciding on a pair i liked. Ordered them and paid for expenses, I get a cal TWO DAYS LATER asking me what color it was that id ordered again. i didnt know the one it was cause i was never given a name to the color, so we narrowed it down to two different ones. the lady said wed just order both and that way i could test them both and go home with the right contacts. I get a call today that theyre ready, oh but to my astonishment they only ordered one pair... best of all, it was the wrong pair. Throughout this whole process never did i get an apology or a confirmation that they will fix the issue theyve created. once i get my contacts im done with this place. i would advise anyone reading this to stear clear of that place. theres a pearl vision in the mall as well, that seems very professional and better yet, organized.

Ive been a long-time customer of this store and have bought several pairs of glasses there. Recently one of the frames separated from the lens and I took it in to the store to see if they could repair it. A sales associate looked at it and said there was no way it could be repaired. He didnt take it back to a technician to check, just said there was no way and that was that. It looked to me like a fairly simple repair so two days later I stopped in at a non-chain store close to my home. They repaired it in 15 minutes and didnt charge me for it. I called the general manager of the Lens Crafters store the next day, explained what had happened and told her this is how stores lose long-time customers.

I have had the same contacts for 2 months now because the DR told me to call after my set of trials to get them ordered. When I called I was told I had to come in to pay for them before they ordered them. They would not let me pay for them when I was there the first time. I went back to Vogue, saved some money and got good service. They do not seem to understand that people need to see.

VSP member.... I was told they are not a member but could provide similar pricing. Spent time picking out frames. Then started the pricing. Figured out that I could save about $170 at a VSP member location. Waste of time. Last time I ever go to Lens Crafters.

They would get all the stars if there prices were not so high. I love the people and there products. I understand that with the convenience of one hour glasses comes higher prices.
