Customer service is extremely unknowledgable and unhelpful in the full extent of the word (bunch of college kids), and most of all their main purpose is to be the source for students to buy their university of iowa course books from the university book store, and yet they seem to struggle with the simple task of ordering books on time so students can buy them before the first few days of class. If they fall flat on their face on their main purpose then why do they deserve anything more then one star?

One of a number of Iowa themed shops along the Coralville strip that gives you chance to buy anything Iowa related. Theyve got a vast selection of hats, shirts, jerseys and sweatshirts. While theyve got the same sorts of items as everywhere else, theres on thing that separates this spot from the others - theyll customize a jersey for ya - Hence the extra star. Good spot to stop by for everything hawkeyes and get your nickname on the back of a Ricky Stanzi Jersey!

I had the worst customer experience ever just now I called them to see if my order went through they told me they couldnt tell whether my credit card had gone through or not and that one of my books was on back order. Classes have already started and theyre late getting my books to me. I cant say enough bad things about my experience today.
