I went in to purchase a vacuum cleaner, and ended up getting a really good deal on this expensive German one. The only down side is that it has bags that need to be refilled. I purchased it as is, WITH A BAG IN IT. I believe Mike helped me (honestly I cant remember his name, but it was a guy with a name that started with an M). He told me to go ahead on up to purchase the vacuum cleaner and he was going to put a brand new bag in it. I took his word for it and have used it without any problems for about 6 months. However, every time i went to use it this horrible burning smell would come out of the vents. One day I curiously turned off the vacuum cleaner and opened it up to see what was causing the smell. I had been using this for 6 months WITHOUT A BAG! All that dirt and dust collectively filled up the inside of the my vacuum cleaner and the sales rep DID NOT put a new bag in it like he promised. In fact he even took the bag out that CAME WITH THE CLEANER! I was absolutely furious. This man lied to me, and took away something that came with my item, plus even convinced me to buy more items to go with my vacuum cleaner that I have yet to use. I was a young college student getting ready to move into her first apartment and I was taken advantage of. I will never shop at this store again!

Big box store with lots of housewares. Prices are higher than other department stores selling same brands but they have coupons which may make that less so. I dont usually find anything here I cant go without.

Friendly staff. I had to return some items that were on my wedding registry that didnt work for me. My cuisinart juicer to be precise. I was apologised to and given refund without hassle. Courteous staff

A little overwhelmed when trying to find something specific off of a registry. I did like that they have a free gift wrap section. Its self serve but has nice decorative boxes and tissue paper.

Everything is OVERPRICED! Save your money and shop online. The prices they charge can be had for less at other stores like Target, or online for half the price.
