Sometimes I can find good stuff in this store, but it seems like its really overpriced, considering its a thrift store. Most of the times when I go to check out, theres only one or two cashiers working and theres usually a huge line of people waiting to be checked out. Are the cashiers afraid to call for additional help to the registers? Its the high prices and slow checkout lanes that prevent me from shopping here very often.

I love shopping at the Salvation Army. The Council Street store is my favorite. I have shopped at the Down Town and Marion stores. They are ok for finding clothes and occasional house hold items. I have bought clothes, large toys, linens, dishware & books. You dont have to be on a tight budget to shop here, something like $.98 of every dollar goes to people in need.

I like this stor they have better stuff then the othere store down town. How ever I do feel there prices are high. And if you are looking to apply for work hear forget it...shes just planning on going throw the apps and calling everyone and if u dont answer your phone your out shes not even looking at the apps bs thats not how u hire people.

Great prices, Clothes at Salvation Army, starts at .65 baby/Toddler cloths, 1.50 on mens shirts, 4.50 on mens pants. Women cloths are just as amazing on prices. I would give it a five stars, however prices on red tags needs to be a bit lower.

One of the nicest Salvation Army stores Ive been in. Very nice, lots of selection, a little disorganized so make sure you check all the shelves on top of clothing racks. It even had a little place to plug in and twst electronics
