If i could give zero stars i would. I was being nice when i was ordering my coffee and when they asked if i wanted anything else i leaned over to my husband to ask him if he wanted anything, before i got a word out to him she rudley said "OK that will be..." due to her tone i got upset and told her that she need to wait for me to decide before trying to hurry me up, her tone got even uglier and she "ok then what do you want?" i then told her and went. Due to me being upset i said under my breath " what a b*****" not to her mind you but to myself. I get to the window and pay for my drink and food and as i was about to go another employee there ( not the same voice so i know it wasnt the same person) started to tell me off about not swearing in the line and i was being really offensive and as a customer i should be kind and nice to the people giving me coffee. I told her in that situation if your rude and curt to a person that means they will be rude to them and i never called this to her but under my breath so i wasnt directly yelling at her just the fact that she was snaping at me and being rude, when i as a customer did nothing, but the new person wouldnt let it go and kept yelling at me and said i should be more respectful...me not her employee. I honestly have never been in a situation where the server was rude and when i get my stuff i was told off for fighting back. Not only that but my drink when i recieved it smelled like finger polish removed, i was so sickened i had to dump the coffee out that and i was afraid to drink it. I will never go back there, and make sure to let people know as well. Being in customer service you have to treat the customer right, no matter if your busy, not busy, anything. Every customer must be treated the same in a nice and courteous matter.

We were driving through on our way through from Minneapolis to St. Louis. The store was very clean and even though the drive-thru was busy, they still welcomed us inside. A barista named Jared helped us and even filled up a couple small cups of water for our cats who were traveling with us! He was so nice and went beyond the bare minimum in customer service that other coffee shops get away with! He even remembered to wish us safe travels on our way out! Great barista, great Starbucks location.

Worst location in the Starbucks chain. These morons have no clue how to use their own mobile ordering. I gave them 15 minutes before showing up when the app says itll be ready in 2-7 minutes, it still wasnt ready. This has happened every single time Ive ordered from this location. Theyve single handedly kicked my morning latte habit. I purchased a coffee maker and make my own drinks now. Avoid the williams/wilson location like the plague. What a joke

This particular location is extremely slow. We waited in line for 20mins to find out we could not get our drinks because they wont break 100s. All the other locations break my big bills. I had to drive all the way across town to get my drinks. I called today to see what they could do about wasting my time, and they did nothing. On the window there is no sticker saying they dont take big bills. I will not be going back to this location!

I rolled up on the joint at about 7:45 with cigarette on my breath and hate on my tongue. I was met by a warm setting, upon the walls decor was hung. The barista, Alexis, was kind and funny. We received our drinks, after an exchange of money. Sipping on our drinks our hearts were warmed. Our holiday libations upon our tongues performed. The music tickled.our fancy. With every beat, our feet turned dancy.

Overcharges for the drinks compared to the other Starbucks locations. I always get the Venti iced coconut milk mocha macchiato which is $5.62. EVERY Starbucks in town charges that price but this one will manually enter each ingredient in so they charge $6.89. The workers are not as friendly as the other location either.

Starbucks.. with an upgrade. Nice interior and outside seating. Eat in and out on Edgewood Rd SW. Love the reclaimed urban tables inside for seating. Very helpful staff. I do a 50/50 mix on decaf & caffeinated and they happily blended the whole bean mix and ground the pound! Great customer service.

Always good coffee. I go to Starbucks everyday and was buying a person a tall dark coffee and asked for a half cup refill and the girl said no because I did not have a card. My card was hacked and I pay with a credit card. Not nice to customers.

The line is always 7-12 cars deep- whatever time of day...and the staff doesnt seem to be capable of keeping up. Always out of stuff- one day it was coconut milk (actually for 4 days straight) the next it was hot venti cups
