I WILL NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN! I had to print a single sheet of paper for my grandmother and did not see a pick up time to pick it up; I called the store to confirm the pick up time that way my grandmother could pick up the papers that she needed. The first gentleman I spoke with could not assist me so he gave my call to another associate who was flat out RUDE! He told me that maybe I should be more careful when printing because he doesnt technically have to print it until the following day at 12! I never asked him to print the paper just to help me confirm pick up time. He said he would print it anyways. When my grandmother walked inside to get her order he basically threw the papers at her like she was an inconvenience. This hasnt been my only run in with a rude associate at this location. I believe if I was being rude that yes we would have deserved these actions but I didnt need the paper right away...never asked to be picked up before the confirmed time.

The owner, or I guess is the owner is RUDE to his Black customers. I have seen him snatch a box from a customer out of frustration of begin asked for a receipt. I have been in another time with him talking to a black customer like they were an idiot. He she is polite to me and others like me but he is an ass to anyone not white!!!!!!! I will never go back.

I dropped off a package to be sent only to change my mind. In calling at least 4 times about intercepting the package everyone was patient, professional and gracious. Great customer service at such a busy time. Thank you Mr. Mike for all your help and great service!

My stop here was quick and efficiently handled by the staff. There were several other customers but the line moved quickly and the person at the counter was helpful.
