Have always had great experiences here in my 10 years in Athens. But today I called to ask about some expensive large-format printing, and a lady named Bonnie didnt seem to have time to discuss it, was extremely "short", and gave me an attitude saying things like "I told you this twice already...", etc. Very frustrating. Will take my business elsewhere. Update: 8/15/17 - Tried this place again this morning. I made 3 B&W copies. My card was charged $35.89. I stopped back by the store to ask about the charges. The manager, "Bonnie", was unhelpful, unapologetic, and blamed me for trying to pay with my smartphone, saying that paying by phone was "not supported" and therefore, I shouldnt try it unless theres a big sign saying its supported. Worst customer service ever. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I work in Marketing, and I often send FedEx my banners and store signage projects for printing. Its very easy to send a print job to FedEx via email. Turnaround time is generally quick. Recently I had a project with a tight deadline, and there was a hiccup in the communication chain resulting in an oversight on FedExs part. Once they became aware of the problem, the staff did everything in their power to correct the situation and get my printed materials to me, ahead of my deadline. Through it all, they were apologetic and professional, which I greatly appreciated. I recommend FedEx for all your business or personal print projects.

I used to use UPS and thought I was happy with them until a customer of mine requested me to use their FedEx account for the shipments I was doing. Once I started using FedEx, I was hooked. I use them for my all the business and personal shipments from now on, even though the location is farther away from my office than UPS is. I love the Broad Street station because their service is always always great! No matter who is helping you, they are always courteous, friendly, willing to help...

The older lady with the bangs is very rude. She told me that I would have to logon to the system. I did at $0.45/minute only for her to dabble with my item to tell me she cant help me after $11.50 worth of time. She said she was so busy. No one was in the store. She and her coworker talking about her husband not having friends. Really? I had to go to Office Depot.

To echo the last.... I have been to the location a few times and wish other option where in athens. I have seen many peolpe behind the counter AND NO one willing to help. In a recent visit, I witnessed a woman asking a tall white male for some help with a copier and he stated that no one was working the floor that day. What a bunch of......

Understaffed this Saturday afternoon -- 2 people working, plus one on lunch break. The copy machine I used was loaded in error with glossy heavy paper. The kiosk (for credit card receipt) touch screen was not working properly. The phone rang the entire 30 minutes it took me to make a few copies and get assistance with the kiosk.

I sent these guys a file with a small copy job. I made a mistake, but they didnt charge me for it, we got it right, and Im very happy. Now, I cant guarantee they wont charge you if you make a mistake with your job - this was a VERY small job - but I received very good experience from the first phone call to pickup.

I use this location often for my business printing needs and the work is always well done, on time and rarely have issues with getting service assistance at the counter. I find most of their employees to be very service-oriented and if sometimes you have to wait its likely because theyre a very busy location.

I emailed them a set of plans on a 7 million dollar project that I needed for a meeting. Their black and white printer was down and instead of printing them on their color printer they just didnt do it or tell me till I showed up and then offered to print them at $45 a page in 45 minutes. Dont go there.

I printed almost 100 holiday cards & matching labels at this location. I couldnt ask for better service! I email my information at midnight and everything was neat & perfect the next day at noon. Such a breeze! I would highly recommend this location! Irene helped me Several times and is wonderful!!!!!

Although short staffed 96% of the time the people who were there were helpful and nice, although I have seen some of the staff act arrogant to customers because they dont know how to do something on the computer or the copiers.The management should step in but I dont think they care.

Employees are impatient, rude, do mistakes and even do not apologize for their mistakes. My most important package was not delivered on time even though I paid for it, one of the employees made mistake in her paper work. Terrible place.

These guys went the distance for me. They stayed open 30 min extra to help print a book I had to do for a project and then help me to fedex it off. They were patient and very understanding of how important this was to me. A++
