Id love to leave a review of the donuts but I can only share my experience in actually trying and failing to get them. First off, I read the reviews listed here about people showing up at 10 and them being sold out of everything so I decided to be in the parking when they opened at 6 am. I can tell you... they dont have any donuts at 6 AM either. Not even glazed yeast donuts. They had some stuff with coconut flakes, and some long-johns with that super sugary french creme in them. That. Was. It. Neither of those choices appealed to me so I left empty handed and frustrated that a donut shop would start the day so unprepared. I will try again in the future to get something from this place as this could be an anomaly. Maybe the donut maker called in or something.

Wow!!! What an awesome experience. I found this place driving home from another disappointing donut shop, and I am so glad I did. This place is amazing! I got a glazed cinnamon twist and a chocolate iced with white cream , and they were the freshest donuts I have ever eaten. I used to drive to Indianapolis to get good donuts, but not any more. The staff was very upbeat and cordial. The only thing I didnt like was waiting in the long line, however it did move very quickly. They had plenty of people working today, but was very busy while I was there. I just cant say enough good things about the donuts and my visit. This is what a donut shop should be. Thanks Krenolies!

Ive been here several times each time was a pleasant experience.my daughter in law loves the carmel iced donuts here.I love the cinnamon cake.the Apple fritters are amazing. The staff has always been very kind to me. On one occasion I was unable to buy because they had no help show up that day one person was handling it all and one girl in front trying to do what she could to explain. I have been where they are.until youve owned a good service business and tried to staff it plus make enough to pay all the expenses,just to keep the doors open,you have no idea of how hard and stressful it can be. I will always chose to support a locally owned business.

Donuts, muffins, pastry, cookies, and coffee. This local donut shop is exactly what it should be. A place for local families to gather and start childhood memories of fluffy, sweet, fried donuts. The donut choices include cake and yeast, both glazed, iced, powdered, and sugared. I enjoyed an old fashion cake, and a "fancy" glazed twist. Both were fresh and tasty with a traditional glazed topping. Prices are good and similar to other shops in the area. There are a few seats available and all were full on my Saturday morning visit. I recommend grabbing one or two goodies per person and enjoy on the go.

I am always excited to try out new donut places and even made about a 20 minute drive to get here, however the excitement was quickly lowered. The inside was dim and dingy, the donut selection was pretty minimal, the workers didnt look excited and many of the pastries looked sloppy and messy. While the taste was okay, nothing jumped out at me. It is better than grocery store donuts and worth a try (maybe I came on an off day), there is a lot of competition for great donuts around.

The donuts are okay. They have a good selection. But my son said the glazed yeast just tasted like bread. The dough is heavy, dense, not very sweet, and a little dry. The fillings and icings are very sweet, but the balance doesnt really work. The staff was friendly and the prices were similar to other local shops. There were a few tables in the shop where you can sit and eat.

I have been here several times. The Donuts are great and I like the selection. The workers have always been polite and appreciative of my business. Not sure why some of these reviewers said workers werent happy and that the place was "dingy." I didnt get those vibes any of the several times Ive been in there.

I arrived just before 7:30 this Saturday morning. The cases were full of fresh baked goodness. Every donut we have tried has been amazing. The service has always been cheerful and prompt. The restaurant is clean and bright and welcoming. I recommend this place to anyone who is picky about their donuts. Yummy.

It was as if all the donuts were made a day or two ago and just left in the case. Theyre dense and dry. The icing on everything was watery and either gone or sliding off the donuts. Yuck. Ill go back to Jacks, the long wait is worth it. The people were nice though, so theres that.

Good alternative when my favorite shop, The White House in Westfield, is closed. Theyre about $1/dozen more and staff isnt very friendly ... that tends to happen when its run by hired teens vs the owners being present. Donuts are tasty but a little heavy.

Store was dindgy and dimly lit. Employees seemed out of it, dressed in sweats and didnt know what they were doing. What I thought were sprinkles on my doughnut were actually Nerds candy. Ruined it! You can get better doughnuts just about anywhere.

Probably best doughnuts in Noblesville. Line can be kind of long sometimes due to being short staffed. The people complaining about staff not being excited enough are being ridiculous. Do you expect a high five and back rub with your purchase?

This is my second favorite donut shop in town. The have amazing fluff-filled donuts and their staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the fluff-filled powdered donut.
