Donuts were really good, but the customer service was the worst. The woman who waited on me acted like she hated her life and didnt want to be there. When I asked for the featured donut that was advertised on a huge sign behind her, she said she didnt know what that was, even after I pointed out the sign, she just looked and turned around and said "no". I thought someone was going to jump out and say I was on a prank show. The she ran up the wrong things for me, charging me a drink that I didnt order. It was really messed up, thank God there donuts are the best so they can keep employing people terrible at customer service...

Ehhh, we get a dozen every Monday for work, and we always get a dozen assorted, since every time we ask for specific donuts, they seem to be out of much of what we ask for or they tell us they dont carry those donuts anymore. Availability of donuts aside...they ALWAYS give us obviously old donuts, and sometimes they give us terrible seasonal donuts that didnt sell. They taste like theyre five days old. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO KREME.

Sat in the drive through for 8min. No one at the speaker greeted me or said hold on. There was a line so I drove up to the window and after another couple more minutes someone finally approached and she gets nasty with me. Like it was rude of me to drive up to the window because the speaker didnt seem to be working. Worst customer service. Nasty attitude- will not be returning or speaking of this location kindly.

Pouring down at nearly 11pm with no signage of hours, find out that they close the dining area, Drive-thur only. Trying to select doughnuts for kids at a Drive-thur window pouring down rain with near no lighting on board is a pain, and since we had probably not got doughnuts in yearly two years. They do have a ordering app, we will use next time.

Have the app and made the trip because the "hot now" sign was on. It was 4 pm and there were no hot doughnuts and the baker wasnt even there. They said they dont make then till 6pm. The hot now sign was on outside the store even as we left. They warmed them up. But just wasnt the same!

Close 2 my job so I can get my sugar rush on my lunch break or whatever the hot light is on lol got it set up on my Krispy Kreme app. Which if u dont already have download it and you can get up 2 a dozen of donuts free for just signing up i did and Ive been a loyal customer ever since.

I love everything about Krispy Kreme and this location will always be my favorite. There is nothing as wonderful as seeing the red Hot Doughnuts sign lit up. No other doughnut has that lighter than air, almost ethereal texture and mouthfeel. Its a luxury that anyone can afford.

Terrible service. The lady who was supposed to ring us up passed us to someone else, then the lady who was ringing us up was looking at a different register, and got in their business about a promotion and assumed wrongly. It was pretty unorganized.

This location has gone downhill. The "hot now" sign used to mean something. Now it means nothing. Might as well be an "open" sign if they are going to leave it on all day. Friendly service comes and goes depending on who takes care of you.

Been here twice to pick up large orders with coffee for events. First time was fine. Second time they forgot the coffee and basically had to brew it while I waited. Staff was apologetic and offered me a donut while I waited.

Love this place, always brings me back home whenever I see the classic sign out front. Very cool place for the kiddos between watching the hot donuts freshly made, and then putting on a hat whether youre young or old.

Very clean store. Make donuts on the belt for you to see, and very clean and friendly staff. Drive thru open 24 hours but lobby closes around 10pm. Free wifi!
