To: Josh (the Pharmacist) and the gang! I hope CVS NEVER loses you because that would be a HUGE loss! (I say this because I am an Executive Recruiter and I see this kind of stuff happen all the time). I hope CVS recognized the talent and knowledge of this staff in particular. Never have I had the customer service experience as I do with this store. Not only the customer service, but the wealth of knowledge that Josh and the gang have are unbelievable. I am not just writing this based on a one time visit - their professional customer service is consistent every time we go in. (which is frequently) If it werent for them, I would be burying my parents by now. Working together is key when caring for parents and because of the staff at CVS, they have taken Care-giving to a whole new level with their level of expertise. And for all of this - my entire family thanks you. The Ryan & Lusher gang!
