Not a good experience for us. First you are forced into a contract. After doing some research I found that places that dont require contracts are better for busy working families, so that would not be this place. If someone is home every day after 4pm you should be fine. They have some sort of after school program but I was too scared to see how much that was or if they even go up 20 minutes to the school. The front desk was usually empty or you had to wait 15 min to be acknowledged. Belt tests were randomly scheduled so hopefully you didnt have to work. February was a short month so there was no belt test available at all. It seems the first 2 weeks of the month you might get one task accomplished then the last 2 weeks you are rushed into the other tasks. I dont really understand how kids with different belt colors are all bunched together in the same class and are able to accomplish separate tasks. The waiting area was very tiny. Most times I couldnt even see my son unless I wanted to stand up for 30 minutes. The parking lot has lots of potholes too. I think they need to renovate and make the waiting area and locker area bigger, fix the parking lot, talk about scheduling and tests in the beginning. Dont force contracts it makes people like me who might overlook a few things pissed off over the edge and not wanna come back. Hey at least offer month to month for 10 bucks more a month.

We LOVE IMA! My son has been taking classes for 5 yrs now and still loves every minute. The staff are always friendly and helpful. And the instructors are beyond awesome. They also offer pick up to the after school program they provide.
