Well, another gun purchase from Bob, another outstanding experience. I have bought seven guns from Bob and his staff, and the customer service is second to none! If you need a pistol, revolver, rifle, anything, Bob and his staff do an excellent job. They are very knowledgable and most of all friendly. You go into most gun shops around here and the guys that try to assist you make you feel that you are bothering them. It is quite the opposite with Bob and his staff. Everybody is friendly and professional, and always eager to answer questions. Low pressure environment, and Bob is always good for a couple laughs. Check them out! Thanks again!

Bought a brand new gun from them. Shot 3 mags through it with different ammo in each and jammed every few shots. These things happen, so i called to go back and have them trade me for a different one or send it in to get fixed. They told me it was not their problem and said it was up to me. No trades or returns and I have to send it to Smith and wessen. My family, friends and I brought these guys some business for a while now and that stops. Used to only go here for my guns, no place has a better price. But buy a defective product from them and thats apparently your own fault. Cant believe they are still in business with that kind of help.

I have bought & traded many guns from/with Bob. I have always been treated well & fairly. Bob almost always has the lowest prices on his guns & had a great selection. I am a firearms instructor & recommend PSS to everyone I talk to. If Bob doesnt have what you are looking for, he can usually get it within a few days. Bob has a very good relationship with many wholesalers that span many years, so he can get things faster & @ better prices than a lot of he competition. This is the best place in Indiana to buy new or used firearms. The pricing on there used guns are very low because they price them off of what they sell new ones for. If you do your part, you will find their new prices to be the lowest in the state. Its an A+ from me.
