So Ive been coming to this place for quite a while and liked their selection of 3 Floyds brews which tend to be hard to come by. But yesterday, I have my first encounter with the owners son who doesnt recognize me and I ask if they have any Zombie dust available. He tells me no. I then over hear him talking to some chick that just walked in who said she called asking about the same thing and he gets all quiet, then proceeds to back to get her a six pack. To give the man the benefit of the doubt I inquire about the best way to find out about these types of beer, is there a mailing list, a call list, etc. He maintains that there isnt any available and there isnt any way to guarantee access. He then goes on to complain about non-locals coming into the establishment taking all the good beers away from his regular customers.... interesting concept since I was a regular. After I leave empty-handed, I then find out from some folks I told earlier there might be some Zombie dust there and they showed up 2 hours later, never having been there before, and got some six packs themselves. So it isnt a local/regular thing, it isnt a gender thing (since he sold to men and women), its a hes a jackass, Im the son of the owner, Im entitled bullshit. Well congratulations, you just lost a regular customer, the customers I had brought your way, and plenty of possible future customers once they hear the bullshit way your place does business.

I just had an interaction with someone claiming to be the owner/manager that completely mystified me. They were not willing to reorder a case of something for me because I hadnt been in for the case they had on hand. When I asked why since I had picked up every item they had ordered for me before, the man became increasingly rude. When I tried to explain why I had not been in yet, he said he was returning the item and accused me of being the rude one. Based on the other reviews listed, I now understand that someone at this business has a serious customer service issue and is more than willing to be extremely rude and unreasonable with customers, while turning it back on the customer. Glad I am not supporting this place anymore. You should spend your money somewhere else.

Shop here looking for hard to find beers and bourbons. Like the idea of "Buy local". Have talked with the owners a couple of times nice people, but today I had an encounter with the guy behind the counter (the owners son I believe) talking about bourbons what I know and what he knows. At some point I must of offended him (butted in one time to many) at that point he says that I must not want to hear what he has to say. I apologies and tell him to carry on and he says no more. All this after I am rang up and handed my receipt. Ouch!!

They are rude as hell, never been treated so poorly, asked about a 5th of liquor and rude ass man told me to get it myself wasnt his job, but yet he works there, proceeded to tell me to get out the store for me sticking up for myself, plus told me that I probably cant read, then porky the pig came out cosigning with the fool at the register, will never go back to this place, they are horrible, and rude just to be rude, nobody should spend there money on these slobs!!!!!!

Similar to others posting about bad customer service, we stopped in and asked about ordering something. A few questions in, he grabs the stuff we were going to buy off the counter and said he didnt want our business. Everyone (including the other store employee working at the time) looked shocked. On top of that, the prices and selection arent even good. Youll have better of both, plus good customer service, elsewhere.

Overall, the selection is okay, a bit more than you will find at most grocery stores. Prices, in general, are a lot higher than other liquor stores. This is particularly true for domestic beers. Dont much care for the owner and his attitude; most everybody else seems to be okay. Ill stop by here when Im in a pinch but thats about it.
