Busy location as it is the pickup location for on-line purchases (no store at this location). Long waits, lack of help and frequent discrepancies between the photos / descriptions and the actual product (with damage happening) and all too frequent missing items really ruin an otherwise amazing system. Frustrating to go there only to have the item you paid for not be found, or be badly damaged beyond what is shown in the listing photos.
