I have been going here since the first day they opened. The prices have become ridiculous. My coworkers and I used to order from the restaurant at least once a week. Now we barely order once a month. The food and the customer service have seriously deteriorated. The tacos have gotten smaller. The tamales are terrible. They barely have any meat in them and please do not expect to have both kinds of sauces unless youre going to pay for it.

The people that cook their dont wear hair nets , I found a hair in my tacos . I went There asked for the manager and they thought it was funny and said first the manger was a guy them laughed and said that the manger is a girl named Guadalupe . This is the worst place ever !!! Id admit the tacos are very good but the people there are very RUDE !!!!

Renaissance Towers

We used to love this place. We used to order from there at least once a week. Now, theyre lucky if we order from them once a month. Both the food and customer service have really gone downhill. The tacos have gotten smaller, the tamales are practically nothing but corn, and they ration out the sauce like its made from gold.

Customer service was ok but they completely messed up my order. i asked for steak quesadillas with nothing on them and halfway to my home I realize they gave me only cheese. The food here is way too expensive to mess up orders like that especially with these tacos having steak.

I have had a bad experience here returning chicken that was spoiled. But I do enjoy the convenience of the place. I go there when i need something quick. They have dollar tacos and usually nice avocados. I rarely buy meats from there anymore.
