I believe this store and other are Good will stores are significantly over pricing items. I give to this store regularly and used to go here more frequently to get clothes and household items for people in need. Many of us realize that Goodwill stores serve two worthy populations...those who need Goodwill services which the sale of goods supports and those who cant afford brand new clothes but need to look presentable for job interviews, school, work, or church. I dont think the prices are reflective of the value of used clothing. and many items are much much cheaper at the Dollar Store Walmart and Big Lots. I just want to laugh when I hear staff talk about how they take things back to reprice items even higher. This isnt Macys. Overpriced stuff sits too long making one wonder why no one wonders why this stuff is still sitting in the store weeks later. The price tags are hard to read, are poorly placed--- often ruining items, and the checkout time is absurdly long. It simply isnt worth the wait and effort.I dont think truly needy people should have to pay so much for clothes that someone donated for a good cause. Nearby Peddlers Malls St. Vincent DePaul and Salvation Army stores feel less corporate, are a much better value especially for those who need to spend much less and the checkout time is much better and staff seem friendlier.

I used to shop at Good Will all the time, loved it, but anymore the prices are way too high for USED items and Have you ever seen anything on TV or New Paper of Anyone Good Will has helped? I would love to see where these donation are going, not be TOLD where I want to SEE it on the News. Even so.. the prices for used items should be much the same as a yard sale maybe a bit higher... But they are closer to WalMart prices...

Customer service is horrible,manager on duty was a b***h,in the middle of a transaction there "machine went down", they claimed it didnt charge my card it did, didnt want me to leave with stuff I purchased, while in the mist of talking to my daughter the cashier yelled at my kid pissed me off even worse,. Not a Goodwill I recommend will never be back

Have been a regular for a long time there, until last weekend when we noticed all their new pricing tags! They now are pricing clothes like they are a consignment store! Or even a department retail store! Prices were six to ten dollars on most of the clothes that used to be four dollars! Seriously??? We will just go to a consignment store.

The check out lady I recently had experience with was totally awful. An older lady, she was going so slow, it looked like she was falling asleep or something. After she ringed up my items and I paid she shoved the clothes into bags, not even bothering to fold them. No facial expressions or thank you for supporting our mission.

There are some amazingly nice items here if you look for them. Sometimes youll see a product and wonder why its for sale (really old, dirty, etc...) but by and large its some really nice stuff. Helping people in the process is an added bonus.

Awesome store! Very organized and new stuff put out every hour it seems. The employees are very helpful and the manager is amazing. This goodwill is the biggest in Southern Indiana and is very worth your time.

BIG store, LOTS of inventory! At time of shopping, they had huge lots of video games - many duplicates, so easy pickings. Tons of great clothes, and helpful staff!
