High Prices, Poor Service, Good Selection. They have a large selection. However, they are overpriced and have poor customer service. I bought a bottle of Scotch from them and the same night found the same bottle for $35 less (their price was $80). The next day, I tried to return the bottle and was told they do not offer returns, exchanges, or price matching. If you don’t mind paying top dollar for alcohol, this store is convenient since it is almost always empty (I’m guessing due to the high prices).

This new or liquor store is huge! No doubt you will find just the wine you are looking for. They have lots of local selections as well as wines from all over the country and the world. There is always staff to help you if you dont know what you like. Just dont bring your kids. They arent allowed in the store even with a parent because they are licensed like a bar. Youll have to head to the grocery store if you have kids in tow.

Talk about incredible selection! Its definitely overwhelming when you first walk in but I could seriously spend a good amount of time just wandering around in there looking at all they have. They also offer free tasting events! Um sign me up please!!!!

Its a little weird writing a review for a liquor store, but this is my favorite in Carmel. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, the selection is perfectly organized, the store is big and bright and clean. Love it.
