I used to come to this wine shop weekly before a wine shop opened up closer to me. However Ive never ran into poor customer service until today. I called in to ask if they carried a specific wine, and the response I got on the other side was just down right unwelcoming. Almost felt like I was inconveniencing this particular employee for even asking. When I was told they didnt carry that specific wine, I thanked them and there was no your welcome, it was just an alright and click. So disappointing.

I am a veteran. I have been receiving a veterans discount for nearly 2 years at this establishment. Under a new "rule", as the apparent female manager relates, the veteran status on my drivers license does not qualify for their discount. Im not upset about the discount, its the complete disregard she showed of many people who suffer for this country. Families and soldiers alike.

I had been looking for a special gift for a client that turned out very hard to find. Other stores had said it just wasnt possible but the next day, I had the exact gift I had been searching for and had been told no it wasnt available by the "largest" Nashville store. I like my neighborhood store! They have or can get everything I want.

We have spent tons of money in this place. My 55 year old husband went in there tonight and because his license was expired they refused our business.
