Their attention to customer service is something that is so hard to come by these days! I was blown away with how friendly and grateful all of the ladies at the store were while I was in there! I had a large event coming up, and needed 15 gift baskets delivered in Indianapolis and I only had two days to get it done. The ladies at Basket Pizzazz were amazing, and helped me come up with some great ideas and customized the baskets just for my event! Besides that fact that they were helpful, the baskets looked OUTSTANDING! Normally we get baskets, and it looks like someone just threw a bunch of stuff in them, but these looked like a piece of art work! Thank you Basket Pizzazz for being there to help me!

Sherri at Basket Pizzazz is awesome!!! I live in Texas and wanted to send a candy basket to my sister-in-law who was in the hospital in Indianapolis. I had actually called a place in Plainfield, but they were rather rude. Fortunately, I found Basket Pizzazzs website. Sherri was SO helpful, and worked really hard to get it delivered the same day! She is incredible! I cannot praise her enough. Indianapolis is so blessed to have such a wonderful and caring business. TREMENDOUS !! Day before Easter and this Grammy had not prepared for her precious grandchildren" who live out of town in Indy. Not only did I get an email response within a very short period of time from Sherri -- I received personal planning for each Easter basket. The 3 precious children received Easter baskets specifically designed for them..............that day !! The kids were thrilled...and I was relieved and happy, The price was right and the product was PERfect !! I will DEFINTELY use this company again soon.

I am so glad I found Basket Pizzazz! They are the perfect solution for my company. We like to send out thank you gifts to new clients and referrals, and the ladies there make is so easy. I just email them the name and address of the person I am sending it to, and give them an amount, and they take care of the rest of it. They make sending a gift basket so easy. This the best place to order gift baskets. I have tried many others online and they were ok. However Basket Pizzazz has them all beat. The freshness of the candy and the packaging was fantastic and unique. Well worth the money. They also sent the basket I ordered very quickly. Unique packaging, tasty candy and speed of delivery as well as very competitive on price...If you havent tried them yet......What are you waiting for...Just do it.....

We ordered a gift basket for a law firm client who had just had a baby, and they were ecstatic!
