UPDATE: I originally posted a review about a month ago: My 13 year old daughter has needed bifocals in her glasses for a few years now. We had been told by multiple eye doctors that contact lenses would not be an option for her. So when we went to this eye doctor, we didnt even bring up contacts. During the exam, the doctor chatted easily with my two daughters, making them feel at ease (my 6 year old even wants to come back to get her first eye exam now) and at the end of the exam, asked if we had ever considered bifocal contacts. She explained the pros and cons and we decided to try it. Even if the contacts dont work, we will definitely be recommending this doctor to our friends and family. This doctor is very personable, works well with children and is knowledgeable. My daughter has now adjusted to the contacts and we just went in for the follow up. My daughter is seeing 20/20 at both distance and up close with her contacts! The doctor finalized her contacts and we will be ordering the full year supply soon. My daughter is so excited and is no longer self conscious about wearing thick lenses. Very happy with this overall experience!

My husband and I are regular customers at Walmart vision in Brownsburg. We have been patients of Dr. Poe for years and have been very satisfied with her expertise. Our MAJOR complaint is with the vision center staff. Every single time we have had services there, they have NEVER gotten it right. We have had to go back several times before they get it right. The staff is extremely slow and they do not know how to navigate through the computer screens efficiently. Instead of admitting to the faults they make excuses for their own mistakes. Our visit with Dr. Poe was 2 weeks ago and we have yet to have correct lenses for our frames. This will be our last time dealing with inept employees at the Brownsburg Walmart Vision Center. Unfortunately, I think Dr. Poes business will suffer over time because of the bad customer service after her part is done. Walmart, clean house and get some younger, better trained staff!!!

I recently went to Vision Center at Walmart in Brownsburg because I was experiencing eye discomfort. I was able to get an appointment immediately, which was great for me because I cant take too much time off work. There was no wait when I got there and I was seen by Dr. Neha Chauhan. She was fantastic. She listened to all my concerns and was able to quickly recognize and diagnose the problem. She prescribed me eye drops which cleared the irritation and discomfort in 24 hours. She was very caring and followed up with me to make sure my eyes were longer irritated. All in all, I had a great experience and would recommend this optometrist and clinic to my friends and family.

I ripped my last pair of contacts and went to this Walmart for an eye exam. They were really busy the day I went, but still managed to squeeze me in. The doctor was very friendly, and informative. This was the most complete eye exam I have had...I definitely wasnt expecting that! I never felt rushed through my exam and she (the doctor) made sure I didnt have any questions throughout. At first, I was surprised by how young she looked, but dont let that fool you...she is an excellent eye doctor.

I had an exam done 6 months ago. I had to get it done before the end of the year, but I still had boxes of contacts left. I recently ordered the contacts with the new prescription they provided, and I cant see at all! I called the vision center to see if I could just revert to my prescription (prior to seeing them) that worked. I was told that I had to schedule (and pay for) a whole new appointment. I wont be going back.

The doctor and exam were excellent. Shes friendly, efficient and smart. Loved the electronic equipment she uses. The only downside is how long it takes to order glasses and leave the vision center. Not sure if the system is slow or if the walmart technicians are slow but the longest part of my exam was checking out. Ill be back though, its hard to find a good eye doctor at a walmart
