My battery was dead and I wanted it replaced via warranty. I bought it from AAP and they even installed it for me. So I know the battery is still under warranty. They told me they dont have me on record. Thats USD200 worth of batteries and I have bought other batteries with them. Autozone keeps better database. I still have purchases from 2003 in Autozone. My record at Advance Auto Part was wiped clean. Nothing wrong with AAP service just the computer database. Not only that, their database is localized to the store only (probably explians why they had nothing on me. Probably wiped their old hard drive and not keep a backup). Meaning an AAP in WI, Madison will not be able to check about your purchase that you made in Urbana, IL. I found out about that today. Again, I find this lacking against Autozone as I was able to check my history in Madison. I will definitely buy from Autozone only in the future.

Deante was awesome!!! Had a really bad experience at the advanced auto in Champaign off of prospect and Deante helped solve our problems and get us the parts we needed to get us on our way. Awesome customer service Deante!! We appreciate it.

Knowledgable and helpful staff. When there are 2 or 3 people in the store, be prepared to wait 10min to get help tho. Also, their prices arent bad but they dont even come close to being as cheap as amazon.
