The pharmacy has the worst customer service and the highest prices is God forbid you have to pay cash for your scripts. The pharmacist herself has zero interest in taking care of customers. Shes more concerned about following silly procedures than about making sure clients get what they need or what their doctors want them to have. Ive been a customer here for over a decade and I have watched their customer service get worse and worse over the last 12 months. Today was the last straw when they refused to fill a prescription that was valid because of some technicality that had to do with their internal policies and nothing to do with my health or my doctors wishes. I will not be going back to this Walgreens or any other Walgreens. I would encourage anyone that reads this to try out a different Pharmacy, you can do better!

Ive been with this Walgreens for years. I adore my fav pharmacist Tuyen who will send one of her staff on a truly emergency basis (note: not offered...done employees break) to drive a much needed medication to me. But tonight I encountered an extremely young Rebecca at the drive through. This must be a God thing. Much of this is personal between the two of us. But I want people to know Angels like Rebecca still exist. And this Walgreens hires people like Eric, who I also spoke with tonight that ran a couple items back to the drive through cause my pain had kept me in bed 3 days. And he did so in a "more than happy to help" way. And Pharmacist Kimberly tonight, you always smile and just make everything feel better.

At drive through location, the Sales associate Ruchi Patel was very rude in her behavior. She exhibited carefree and rough tone in dealing with us. She do not even speak words like "Thank you" or "My Apology". She seems not to care for customer. I will never walk into such store in future.
