Absolutely will not be going back here again. When I walked in, a blonde lady with short hair was working. I thought she did not see me, so I walked over and said excuse me to get her attention. She was writing something and she immediately yells at me saying "HOLD ON, IM WORKING. THATS RUDE." Im sorry, but I didnt know that a customer trying to get your attention is far more rude than your yelling. I wouldve understood that she is busy if she wouldve at least told me to wait one second. When she finally got to me, I told her I brought in my broken frame that another worker mentioned would be replaced for free. This lady told me that I cant do that and I would have to purchase new frames. I explained to her that I had a one year warranty and she didnt bother to listen and convinced me that I would have to purchase new ones. So I ended up purchasing new frames, since I really needed glasses. Later that day I got a call from another worker saying that the lady had misunderstood me and I need to come back to reorder my frames for free and cancel the payment I had made. I was highly pissed because I had repeatedly tried to explain this at the time, but the woman was not paying attention. After this experience, I will definitely not be going back there any time soon.

Dr. Chawla is very professional, nice and kid friendly doctor. She made my kids eye exam experience smooth and quick. All of us had exams done on time and picked our glasses from the vision center. great prices for all good quality frames. Kids frames are even cheaper and good quality. No gimmicks, no hidden charges.

Dr. Chavlah made my very nervous daughter feel very comfortable. She was kind and the whole staff was accommodating to me as I was struggling to keep my other two kids out of trouble while picking out glasses for my daughter. It was a pleasant experience!

I love their staff and the Dr. They treat us well and never try to push their products. I have tried other vision centers and this one is better than most Lenscrafters we have used in past
