I have been a patient of Dr. Moores for several years and have always found Her and her staff to be great to work with. My appointment was on time and the staff were friendly and helpful on the types of frames and options for lenses, etc. My glasses arrived within a week or less and are working out very well.

All of the staff here is always friendly and helpful. I like how relaxed it is and how youre able to look at all of the frame options while waiting to get in for your appointment. I didnt have to wait long in the waiting room when I arrived and found everyone to be very professional and kind. Thanks!

The doctor herself is good, but the staff is horrible. They lost my file. I had to wait over 45 minutes to look at a catalog for sunglasses and eventually gave up and just asked them to print out my perscription.

My friends girlfriend went here on the UIUC TA plan. Even with an appointment, she had to wait over 2 hours. Also note that they charge an additional contacts fitting fee that is not covered by the TA insurance.
