Walked in to return a loaner tool I had purchased from them, got treated very bad by a manager "Eddie". He wasnt even taking care of me, decides to jump in and starts saying not possible to return without a receipt when I had just called and asked, and was told I could since I paid with card. This manager Eddie very rude and raising his voice when he doesnt even know whats going on. Basically screaming were is the receipt even the associate taking care of me was shocked by the behavior the manager showed. Will be thinking about it twice next time I need to go to this advance.
