I bought beer there in October 2016 that expired in January 2016. It was stocked in the fridge and also many boxes of it just outsioutside. A sale price was slapped on It, so Im sure management knew it was expired. I called them on the phone that same night to let them know about it, and when I went back to return it almost two weeks later (The store is far from where I live), the beer was still stacked and for sale, and it looked like they sold bunch of it. When I confronted the manager, he dismissed me again saying that its not up to him, and that the beer is still drinkable. He said that they give refunds, and acted rudely like I have nothing to complain about (my time and gas spend to return the beer, or the fact that I had no beer for my guests on the evening of my purchase seemed irrelevant to this manager). I was not smart like you, and I did not check the reviews before I went there. My advice is; Just look at all the one star ratings, and stay away from this shady place!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY! I bought two 5 liter bottles of Big Hills red wine on sale on Sunday, Feb 26th. Did not expect a great wine at that price, but it should have at least been decent. The wine almost tasted like vinegar...2 types, both bad, could not even drink them. Brought them back and the 2 managesr both told me the same thing, "oh I just drank some last night and it was fine...". Sounded like a pre-planned line of BS. Then they said since they were open I could not bring them back???? How would I know that the wine was no good if I did not open them??? Going to Binnys from now on.

OMG. The horrible reviews here are dead on. I just called the store for information, and the guy (with an accent) was truly rude and unhelpful. I figured it was just a cultural thing and maybe I was reading more into it and continued trying to find out what they carried and he did NOT want to answer any questions or be helpful, and basically hung up on me. Unbelievable. I have no idea how they are still in business. Definitely sticking with Binnys, where they always go above and beyond to help you.

They sent me me already opened bottles of liquor. When I very politely asked for an exchange or refund they had me emailing and calling back and forth for about two months. In the end they told me that bottles come with broken seals and open corks all the time and this was nothing unusual and unworthy of any refund (after I had already sent the tampered product back to them!!) Finally I had to have a law firm write them to get a refund. STAY AWAY. unless you want already opened and tampered bottles of liquor

I frequently visit this liquor store. There is always something new and exciting to try that you cant find anywhere else! Their new craft beer department is definitely a plus as well as they will order anything that is avaliable for you if they dont already stock it. Not to mention the BEST PRICES around!

If you go here to buy a product youve seen in the weekly ad, you must mention that you want the "Cash and Carry" price. The owner has instructed the cashiers to always wring up the full price and only give the discount unless the customer requests it. I will never go back.

Had ordered liquor online but when I got to the store it was not even ready so had to wait there about 10 mins or so. But besides that seems like a nice store with a nice variety of Liquors. The customer service there is so so.

I love this place. I dont really do the beer so i dont really care what the rest of these people say. Everyones extremely nice and they even keep bottles of fireball for me in the fridge.

Great place w/ a wide variety of drinks. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right stuff. On large orders they are also willing to give you a slightly better price.

Amazing selection and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean inside and there is always something on sale. I hate to admit but I like spending time here and walking around.

Purchased a 12 pack of Stella bottles on May 15th and found the expiration date on them to be February 12th 2016. stay away from this place.
