I have been Garden Fresh Naperville customer since the opening. It was clean and nice place to shop with kind customer service. Now something changed, the store looks sloppy, the new cashiers are rude. Recently I had very unpleasant experience with a new cashier, it was actually not the first time. She didnt smile, or greet her customers. No hello, no thank you. Its like she hated this job. She didnt have her badge name(why???) and she refused to tell me her name. I only can describe her as a Mexican girl with a dirty spot on her cheek. I wonder how people like her get hired. And if someone is willing to come buy at your store you should at least respect them and say hi and come again. Because without the customers the company wont make any money and you will be jobless. So my next shopping will be in Marianos.

I have been Garden Fresh customer since the opening of their Store in Naperville, IL. Never had any issues so didn’t know anything about their “AWFUL’ Customer Service or even worse they don’t have customer service at all. I tried to contact them after “FOUND A PICE OF PINK CHEWED GUM ” inside a tray of CHICKEN LEGS. There is not answer to your phone calls or emails, seems that they don’t have hears in this kind of situation only to get your money. I sent out pictures of the package and I want to know what they will do to prevent that this kind of situations happen again to me or somebody else. Might be a good question for de FDA.

BEST BEST BEST place to find produce and specialty items! Freshest produce and the selection is unreal. Last week they had dragonfruit! FRESH FREAKING DRAGON FRUIT. They regularly have the most unusual things that you would only find in traditionally ethnic supermarkets. I saw lychee nut today. AND THEY WERE FRESH. I can also find candy and teas from around the world. This is the best supermarket in the world! Now let me go put the rest of my groceries away for 2 weeks and marvel that i only spent $170.00 for two people.

The pricing on some of the items are just a steal. The produce can be had for a relatively inexpensive amount, however I warn that you do not over buy as the produce also seems to premature rot or grow mold. Im not sure why this is, even bananas go from green to yellow to brown in 3 days. The deli has a great selection of meats and the deals are great every week. I personally dont eat seafood but they do have a large selection of that as well.

A great little local grocery store that is a little out of the ordinary. While Garden Fresh has all of the standard grocery store fare, they really shine when it comes to ethnic foods especially European and Mexican foods. A terrific selection of some of the best produce around, fresh fish, home made specialties like guacamole and a great deli tops it all off. If you havent shopped here, i would recommend stopping by.

Best grocery in naperville for produce, deli and at times meat. they always seem to try new items - i.e. ive gotten prime beef here, artisan sauces and salsas, rainbow cookies.. the stuff you wouldnt ever find in a big chain supermarket. i wouldnt buy processed food here, i.e. cereal, frozen foods - but anything fresh/perishable - this is your spot.

Cheap. The grocery is nothing but fresh. This place probably gets whatever is unsold from producers and other markets and make a business by marketing them cheaper, as compared to Jewel, etc. The stuff fits well into the overall quality of merchandise, you constantly bump into some non-English speaking stuff pulling or pushing boxes, goods.. around.

I hate this place. Prices are very all over the place. Sale prices are different at the register. Vegetables seems to be washed and old. And staff including management is awful and treat their customers including their staff like s..t I am amazed those people are running such a big place and in a town like naperville.

Everytime I buy something from there is expired or moldy. Bad caviar, bad chocolate, bad sausage... And Everytime i think that I wont go there anymore. Interesting if the department of health is ever checking this "fresh" stores.

It is great place if your foreign. They have diffrent fruits that normal stores dont have: dragon fruit, lychee, cactus pear and many more. Noce herb selection. Great meat section yummy european style delis. Yummm
