Madinah Market is the BEST Halal meat store in Southwest suburbs. You always get the BEST QUALITY Halal Meat. and the BEST QUALITY Grocery. I tried several meat and grocery shops prior to Madinah Market. I have been shopping here for over 7 years and the experience has always been exceptional. Store Owner Ayaz Bhai always does an excellent job in ensuring customer satisfaction. The staff is well trained and professional. You can place order on the phone, in-person or have your grocery delivered to you - you get the same level of GREAT SERVICE. The prices are competitive and the products are of TOP QUALITY. What I like the most is the Personal attention you get from Ayaz Bhai and his staff who go above and beyond to make sure you are a HAPPY Customer each time.

I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life! I had purchase meat from this location and upon taking it home and opening the package I had found ants inside my meat. I then went the next day to confront the owner Ayaz that I had come across this he took the meat in the back and came back out and said nothing was found. I asked him what he did with the meat? He said he has discarded it and will offer an exchange! He refused to admit anything was wrong! If nothing was wrong then why did he throw out the meat?? He got into a big argument with me and then refused to offer me an exchange!! PEOPLE BEWARE!! This place is not clean! Report to health department has been filed.

Madinah Market is a great place to shop the prices are very reasonable.Before we visit to buy from them but They started a amazing service.Deliver the grocery store at your door step.We order couple of time as the weather was bad dont mine pay extra buck for Delivery at the door.The order deliver perfectly fresh pack meat,Grocery reasonable price.Neat and clean Chicken packed.All Zabiha Halal.We wish them a very good luck and assure them our continuous support for their business.

Madinah Market is simply brilliant in every aspect - customer service, professionalism, cleanliness and honesty. Their online ordering system comes in very handy and the packaging is flawless (labeled with meat type and weight). This place is highly recommended and the owner Ayaz is an extremely nice guy. 12/3/14 - Ayaz never fails to disappoint us. His online store and same day delivery is simply brilliant. Placed order online and paid through Paypal. After email from Madinah Market confirming receipt of payment and order I have received no further communication. Called them and they were rude and dismissive; claimed they could not find my order. I have email correspondence stating otherwise. I have filed a claim with Paypal. This store is unreliable and has horrible customer service. Very disappointed.

I think this a great place if you want to buy Indian groceries and meat. I am regular meat buying customer and enjoys their service and quality. They have very reasonable prices and I have not had to wait too long for checkout. Great customer service and friendly owner.

This place cannot be trusted... would charge you for baby goat but still would be part of regular goat... claims to be halal meat... but I am concerned how they manipulate and make haram profit on halal meat.
