I got individual lashes applied for my wedding at this Benefit location. Half fell out within 2 hours. Had to go to a different Benefit to get them fixed because I was uncomfortable at the Benefit in downtown Naperville. The tension between the staff was obvious. Not only did I feel my lash application was rushed and poorly done, I felt like other staff members were not willing to step up and help the woman applying my lashes. She asked 2 separate staff members to help her because she was having difficulty, and both brushed her off. One went to the Mirror and messed with her own hair for 10 minutes while the lady applying my lashes was struggling. No sense of teamwork or costumer service. The worst experience I have ever had at a Benefit location.

The tan they did looked amazing, but the day I was originally supposed to go their only beautician called in, and nobody called us to let us know. I went back the next day to get my tan for prom and told them what happened they were all apologetic, sympathetic, and kind, but handled the situation in an unbusinesslike manner. I drove an hour on a recommendation, and had to make the same trip again at my inconvenience. I wouldnt recommend making an appointment here unless your okay with your appointment being canceled possibly without your notice.

I was literally just there. I got to the door at 5:50pm and the doors were locked. A worker then came to the door and mouthed that they were closed. All I wanted was an eyebrow wax but they didnt ask me that. Talk about not wanting tips. Also, not wanting to make money for the company. I know my $20 isnt much but I was still wanting to spend my money with this company. Overall irritated because clearly the girls there just wanted to leave.

This place is under terrible management. The woman in charge was rude and aggressive. She made my group and I feel that we were annoying her when we were actually there spending money. Products seem great. Some of the staff are great. The manager was totally awful.

Dont even want to give them one star. Website says the store opens at 9. Went around 9:25 for my 930 appointment and the door was locked. Was told they dont open for another ten minutes and rage was it. I cancelled my apppintment due to such poor customer service.

It was the first and last time I will be going to Benefit. Horrible service. The lady made up a lie, I fact checked with customer service, in order to ensure that I would leave without her having to wax my brows. Lazy and rude is the experience I had.
