Walked in looking ear drops. Asked pharmacy but was told just a moment, waited 15 mins asked a different pharmacist "do you know where the ear drops are?" Again, just a moment, I followed with "can you just point me in the direction of the ear drops?"..just a moment I get told again. Front cashier was too busy socializing. Gave up went to Walgreens instead - in and out 5 mins, was even asked twice on my way to aisles if I needed help finding anything.

COUNT YOUR PILLS!!! In the past 18 months I have been shorted 4 times. Once as many as 14 pills on a 90 day supply. They keep doing it even when they claim two people counted them. We counted 175 4 times each time, in a different way. They claimed two people counted it at 180. NO ONE will call me a lier. Count youre pills at the counter in front of them. I no longer trust CVS.

Cant fill my script and they do not even bother calling. They claim they did, but a cell phone log doesnt lie. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else this place is run horribly and this is not the first time the staff has outright lied to me.

They were bordering on rude while I was asking if the medication I required was in atock, then after saying they wouldnt carry until "maybe" next week, I was given zero help or effort in finding this medication. Disappointed.

Very rude and unhelpful, make you wait for help or to pick up your prescription when no one else in line as they stand and stare at you. Never a hello or be right with you. Worst service ever had.

Lines at checkout are always half way down the store. Every. Single. Time. Drive 5 minutes longer and go to Walgreens, youll save 25 minutes in line to pay for a bottle of aspirin.
