I dont really understand what is wrong with this pharmacy. On three different occasions, I called in an RX for refill. When I went to pick it up, it wasnt ready because they had to order the drug. Would have been nice if they called to let me know it wouldnt be ready and when I asked why they didnt call they INSISTED they did. Okay, maybe I missed the call, but they didnt leave a message nor did it appear on my caller ID. A month or so later I call in another RX for refill. I now pay attention because I want to know if they will call...they didnt, I went to pick it up and it wasnt ready, and they insisted that they called. Again, they did not leave a message or did the Caller ID pick up their number. I complained to the head pharmacist who "insisted" that they always call. Last week I called in an RX. This time I gave them 3 days to get the medication into a bottle ready for me to pick up, order it, do whatever is necessary to have it ready for pick up. Three days later I get there, they did not have the RX ready, NOR had they even received my phone order. I left WALGREENS because they never had the drugs in stock, but AT LEAST they called to let me know. I am going back to Walgreens cause CVS DOES NOT understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plus their Pharmacy hours hare HORRIBLE!!!!!

Horrible, I just got out of ER with severe bronchitis, find a "24hr cvs" to fill 3 prescriptions ...closest was this location, I called pharmacy to have rx transferred from my "non 24hr cvs" 2 mins from my house... i asked when I can pick up, they say youll get a text when its ready "were 24hr". (Never received texts).. its been 4 hours since I called cvs initially, so I decided to come get rxs figuring they would be ready.. , I just got here, its 9:45pm, drove 30 mins to get here and am told by the quite rude cashier that the pharmacy closed at 9 oclock .... Seriously!! I politely ask for the name and number of the manager because they need to know the breakdown of this experience and she proceeds to argue with me about giving me the number. Really!? Thankfully I called the hospital er i was released from and the on call dr. is writing new rx forms for me to get filled at another location so this doesnt go into pneumonia. Dont use this cvs. Find a different location. Employees obviously dont know proper protocol or how to treat customers. And they are NOT 24 hours... cvs "pharmacy"... if you need rx filled go during day hours, if you need non pharmacy items, go to 24hr walgreens or Walmart right up the way. .

Recently my company changed insurance providers and I wanted to enroll in a generic drug service. I went to CVS and they took care of it promptly. However, some of my drugs were not generic and had to be filled through the insurance provider. Of course the computer could not find me in the providers database. My drugs cost me and arm and leg to fill. Erin the pharamacy tech continued to work on the problem and after many calls to the insurance carrier straightened out the problem. She called me, refunded the overage once the insurance discount was applied and got my other drugs filled. Perhaps service is not dead in America after all!

Been going to the store for some time now. The pharmacy is awesome, always there, always good advice, good service. Ed the pharmacy tech is amazing. Always a smile, polite and goes above and beyond. The store is great as well. When you walk, you are always greeted by smiling faces anytime, any day. Anita (supervisor?) is awesome, always helps, polite, remembers my name. Obnoxious pharmacy staff. Happy to answer your serious questions with jokes, as though youre the idiot for asking. Some of them seemed to take their jobs seriously. Unfortunately, they were helping other people. Would rather pay full price for my flu shot at a pharmacy that doesnt take my insurance than deal with these jerks again.

Everything was great. I only went here because it is basically a two minute walk from my house but ended up having a positive experience as the prices were cheap. Ive went multiple times after this and had great experiences except for one time when there was a big line with only one worker on the register.

The Minute Clinic staff is excellent. Went there to get sutures out, because, believe it or not, my internist doesnt remove stitches. The whole procedure took just a few minutes and was carefully done and painless. Have referred this location to friends.

I called like thousand times today morning at 10am no one picked up the phone!!!! I had to know if my prescription is ready! The pharmacy hours is 8 am till whatever. The costumer service is awful I disappointed

The pharmacy is no more a 24 hour pharmacy which is inconveient to us. It would be great if CVS can make the pharmacy hours to 24 hours. It will be very helpful. Store is open for 24 hours.
