Recently out-of-state friends and family ordered flowers which were never delivered for a funeral. Both families had to call questioning what happened to their order and both were treated rudely. There also seems to be conflicting statements. One family was told the internet was down, the other family was told the owner decided to close shop for a few days. They did reverse the charges, but I think both parties would have paid for nothing if the senders hadn’t been made aware of non-delivery. Procedure is that if a shop cannot fulfill an order, its supposed to forward it to another shop. This wasn’t done. I suspect were dealing here with indifference and incompetence.

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on Valentines Day. They never arrived. When I called I was told their online system was down that week, the order was never received. If that was the case, then Im wondering why Im getting spam from them suddenly. If anyone knows of another flower shop nearby that actually honors their commitments, lets you know if they arent able to, and doesnt lie about not receiving your contact info please let me know.
