The store is clean, well organized and has a good selection. The furniture selection is amazing. The issuue I have is the pricing and the colored tag sale. They make an announcement and have signs up saying a certain color tag is on sale, then you go to pay and the magically the particular item you want is not half off - even though the tag matches the colors of the day. This has happened to me numerous times. When you ask the staff how do you know if its half off or not - they say "we just know". It would be nice if the rest of us knew too. Its almost like if you want to buy it, its not half off.

Success seems to have gone to the head of management. After a number of good experiences several months ago, I had a very poor experience when I tried to donate very recently. I was treated in what I feel was a rude, condescending manner and will avoid them in the future.

Lots of good items, really good furniture and very well organized the prices are not fabulous but not to expensive. The only bad for this store is that its a cash or check only! I repeat CASH OR CHECK ONLY! No credit or debit cards accepted.

On Saturday they do not close at 4:00 pm. They close and lock the doors at 3:48 pm. I just felt sorry for the lady trying to get out. While I was trying to get in.
