The family and I like coming here for dessert when we eat out in the area. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. Cold Stone is a little pricey so its not an every day type of ice cream shop. I think you do get a fair serving size though, and I usually cannot finish the bowls/cups I get. My current favorite is the Cookie Doughnt You Want Some, but I like how you can just look at the toppings and create your own...Kit Kats and vanilla is always a winner for me. The kids are into custom creations. The staff is always peppy and they sing (sometimes terribly) when you tip them. Parking is somewhat limited, but thats the area in general, which is my biggest complaint. We usually find ourselves walking here after dinner. Overall, we like the place and the chain in general.

The manager is a homophobe who has no decency or respect for human beings who desire to come and have a good time with family and friends. Unfortunately The managers perspective towards LGBTQ community will prevent me from approaching this place ever!

Would give a 0 if possible. Homophobia should not be tolerated in any neighborhoods businesses. Ill spend my money at Andys instead I would rather pay more for ice cream then help pay some homophobes bills.

This place has the worst tasting ice cream, the worst staff, and the dirtiest place...I dont recommend this at all.....

They dont clean the spades. Found Hair in my ice cream multiple times. Moldy fruit aswell .
