I have recently bought an Navigation system from Eco Auto in Joliet,IL and am very happy with the purchase. The item was in pristine condition, tagged with make/model and mileage of the vehicle sourced from. Price was reasonable and more importantly their service was courteous and professional, which is often hard to come by in this segment. Folks at the shop are quite friendly; took steps to ensure item was compatible with my vehicle and helped with delivery too.

Called to order a throttle body on a Monday, Was told it was at other location and would be brought over next day and they would call when in. 2 days go by so I call to check. I was told well you didnt pick it up so we sent it back. Well how would I know to pick it up unless I was told it was there? So Next Im told it will be tomorrow and they will even deliver it to my shop. Well guess what a week later nothing. I ordered from another place and had it next day.

Bad for business very rude over the phone tells me that the transmission is going to be there on Friday calls on Monday transmission still have not been shipped out bad part about that recently bought a transmission from them went out in 5 months and did not want to give me any kind of refund or help me out buyer beware

ordered a ECM and ignition switch on Monday, Wednesday comes in and I dont see charges, called few times, it is Friday and no parts shipped...etc. I canceled on Friday, so I dont know how actually slow the service is.
