Was there last night sure it was before closing but the lady at the register is like you need to hurry my register will automatically shut down at closing time. Thats probably the dumbest thing Ive ever heard. Another guy came in said he needed one item. The lady said if you come up her with more than one thing I wont ring you out. Mind you this is about 8 minstrel before the closing time. This lady then just grabbed my stuff and threw it in the bag wouldnt use the tissue wrap to wrap my items I had asked to be wrapped. She says theres no time for that.

Although I love home goods the manager here is extremely rude, I went in to look for a candle that was recommended to me and I found one without a lid ( I knew it came with a lid) so I asked the manager about it and she asked, "what do you need a lid for" and when she went over to look at them she said I was "holding her line for one little candle" I was so upset that she was so blunt and rude about it that I left and did not purchase anything from them.

I ADORE Home Goods... But this one is subpar solely because the employees there are totally unmotivated, dont know what their doing, and have no sense of urgency when helping customers.

The manager whose name begins with a "M" is EXTREMELY rude. I cannot believe the corporate office accepts and rewards that type of behavior.
